RISE 2 IT PRODUCTIONS is proud to have Mr. Gustavo Ramirez AKA Mr. R join our family of motivational speakers! Mr. R is a dynamic and inspiring speaker with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master's degree in Social and Emotional Learning. He began his career as an outdoor education instructor with the Inter-Act Program and has since accumulated over 20 years of experience with the Inter-Act Outdoor Education Leadership Academy, serving 6th-12th grade youth and adults across California. The program's impact has been featured on Despierta America and PBS, highlighting its dedication to empowering students and communities. Mr. R’s commitment to education and youth development earned him recognition on the Fresno State Teacher Education wall of fame for his inspirational work. With over 15 years of experience in after-school programs and close to years of teaching, Mr. R has excelled as a site director, school community liaison, and classroom teacher. As a National Trainer for Reconnecting Youth, he travels nationwide to deliver CAST curriculum training to school staff and social workers, focusing his talents on social and emotional support for students and mental health awareness for all.

Additionally, for the past 10 years, he has worked with the California Teaching Fellows Foundation, providing staff development training for after-school educators in the Central Valley. What truly sets Mr. R apart is his boundless energy, charisma, and unwavering passion for working with young people!
